KobeTHANK YOU!  THANK YOU!  THANK YOU!

Ozzy and I wanted to thank everyone who came out to adopt last weekend during the APL’s Cat-mas.  I am so excited to announce that 51 CATS were adopted and even 18 DOGS went home!  We are so happy that they will be spending the New Year in loving homes!

Another big THANK YOU!  As of today, we are up to 11 cage sponsors!  Our goal is to get to 25 cage sponsors by the end of the year!  This is a great gift idea!  You can surprise the animal lover in your family!

Help Our FriendsThe Ozzman has a ton of holiday spirit this year!  He even changed the words to the song Feliz Navidad to Feline Navidad!  In between naps his new hobby is caroling!

To ensure the APL cats are in homes for the holidays we decided to take some inspiration from Ozzy’s new song!  Ozzy and I had a meeting with his mom and came up with the idea of having a Feline Navidad celebration here at the APL this weekend, Saturday, December 19th and Sunday, December 20th.

Feline NavidadThis is going to be a cat adoption extravaganza!  For these two days only, the APL is reducing adoption fees for cats that are over five months of age to $20 (regular cat adoption fees range from $30-$45) and giving cat adopters a 20% discount off of all holiday merchandise!

SandyWe really hope our friend Sandy gets adopted this weekend!  Sandy is a 4-year-old orange and white tabby. Female orange and white tabbies are very rare, but to us here at the APL, we think her personality makes her one of a kind!  Sandy was surrendered to us because her owner had to move, and a member of the household is allergic to cats.  Sandy was very, very shy and scared when she firstOzzy came to us.  But the love and attention from the APL staff and volunteers worked its magic! Today Sandy is a loving, affectionate cat who will make a great companion for her new mom or dad!

Feline Navidad to all!!!!

Love and purrs,
Kobe and Ozzy
