Hi all! It’s Kobe here. I am writing this week because Ozzy is feeling a little under the weather. He has a little eye infection where his mom has to put drops in his eyes every day! I’m not sure how anyone even noticed; his eyes are usually closed since he is always napping!
Ozzy is in great hands here at the APL! Ozzy, just like all of the animals that come through the APL, gets top-notch veterinary care! Check this out…all dogs and cats adopted from the APL receive the following treatments:

PLUS when you adopt from the AP
L, you also get a free initial veterinary exam for your new addition at participating local veterinarians! Oh, and you are also eligible for 30 days of free pet insurance. Make sure you ask about all of these extras at the adoption desk!
We pets sometimes get sick, and proper veterinary care is essential to keeping us healthy and happy! Please make sure you schedule an appointment with a veterinarian within two weeks of adoption. Don’t forget to follow through with regular vet check-ups and updated vaccinations. Your pet will thank you! Probably with lots of tail wagging, kisses, or head-butts and purrs!
I’m going to go check on the Ozzman now and see if he needs anything! I need to get him back to his normal self so he can write the blog next week…I’m thinking about taking some vacation time and doing some major snoozing! Ozzy has taught me well!
Until next time…
Love and purrs,
Kobe and Ozzy
